2. What Blitzkurs is

Blitzkurs is a free entertainment and skill game in which you predict short-term crypto price moves using virtual balances. No real money can be wagered, deposited or won, and there are no payouts. Blitzkurs is not a trading, betting or investment product. Nothing on the site, including the blog and guides, is investment, tax, legal or financial advice or a recommendation. Results in the game, such as streaks, accuracy or virtual profits, are no indication or guarantee of results in real markets.

3. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it is accurate, available at all times, uninterrupted or free of errors. Prices and charts may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and features may change or be unavailable.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copperleaf LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the site, including any financial decisions you make. You use the site at your own risk.

5. Third-party data and links

Live price data comes from third parties, such as Binance's public market data feeds, and the site contains links to third-party sites. We do not control these and are not responsible for them. Names such as Binance, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana belong to their respective owners, and Blitzkurs is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

circumvent limits or protections of the site, including the limits applied to leaderboard entries;
send excessive automated requests, or use scripts or bots to submit scores or to influence leaderboards, the sentiment barometer or the statistics;
attack the site, interfere with its operation or with other players, or use it for anything unlawful;
enter names for the leaderboards or Fight Mode that are offensive, unlawful or impersonate others.

Names and scores you submit are shown publicly. We may remove entries and block abusive use at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The content, code, design, name and logo of Blitzkurs belong to Copperleaf LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

8. Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the site or any feature at any time, and we may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Last updated: October 2026.
